Economics
Every sat, in public.
The live total of what the fee split has produced. No per-user or per-operator detail: every figure is one an app could reach by replaying the public ledger.
The charter's numbers
The same split in every federation.
The platform fee comes out of every paid event. orangecheck's part of it is set in each federation's charter and taken before operators are paid.

Federations
Each federation has its own platform account. Sats accrue from each paid event's 20% fee and are paid out weekly to its operators, after orangecheck's part.
Nothing has accrued yet. No event bills for real while the payout rail is forming, so every total is zero. Nothing is simulated or back-filled.

Graduation
A move out of federation custody into keys the user holds. Their identity stays the same; only how it signs changes. Every move lands as an anchored receipt anyone can check.
orangecheck's treasury
orangecheck's own books, separate from the federations' ledgers: what comes in from operators and federation platform accounts, against what goes out. Only category totals appear here.
No money has come in or gone out of the treasury yet. Its balance is zero.
Where an event's sats go
Four parties to every event.
Each share comes out of the fee the app pays.
The app
Pays a per-event fee in sats, set in its own config, for a checkable event stream and cashback for its users.
The person
Gets a share in sats, without needing to know about bitcoin. OrangeCheck holds your accrued sats during bring-up — it is operating every role until independent operators take them. Federation custody and graduation to your own keys are what replace it.
The app's rebate
What is left after the platform fee and the person's share, credited back to the app.
Operators and orangecheck
The platform fee accrues on the federation and is paid out weekly: orangecheck takes its part, operators split the rest.
